Feel at home in your body.

Hello, I’m Jess.

I’m a personal trainer and qualified nutritionist in Clapham.

I’ve spent the last 5 years understanding the world of fitness and Nutrition, I’ve always been passionate about how exercise and food can make you feel, and I want you to feel the same way as me!

I’m highly aware that the fitness world can feel exhausting. Another diet, another cut, another exercise you’ve never heard of.

There’s always something new you’re told you should be doing and goals that feel miles away from your real life.

I’m here to help you turn down that noise.

I bring together functional strength training, running, biomedicine and nutrition, with an approach built around you. Your goals, your starting point and your real life. I want you to understand your body, feel confident in your choices and build habits you can actually enjoy.

Together, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable, with small, achievable steps that fit your life and give you something to build on.

You deserve to feel confident, happy and excited about your body and what is can do.

The Jess May Method

The Jess May Method

The method is designed to make fitness and nutrition simpler.

With so much conflicting advice around fitness and nutrition, it’s easy to lose sight of what works for you or where to start.

My approach

No two people are the same. Each plan is tailored uniquely to you, your medical history, your goals and your life.

Whether you’re interested in improving mobility or strength, weight loss or weight gain, training for a marathon or just wanting to feel like yourself again we will create a plan together that is shaped around your body, your goals and your everyday life.

What to Expect

A Plan Built Around You
We’ll start with a consultation about you, your goals and what you’d like to change. From there, you can expect a personalised plan, guidance during your sessions and weekly check-ins to help you stay on track.

Sessions from anywhere

60 or 90 minute sessions from Puregym Clapham or from home.

  • In person sessions are held at Puregym Clapham

  • Virtual Sessions held on Zoom

  • Check ins via email or Whatsapp.

Knowledge you can take with you
I love sharing what I’ve learned, from nutrition to exercises that support bone health. You’ll understand why we’re including something in your programme and how to put that knowledge into practice in everyday life.

Small steps that add up
We’ll focus on achievable habits that fit your routine, building on them as your confidence grows.

Meaningful change takes time, and I’m here to help you create a foundation you can keep building on.

Room to laugh and grow
Looking after your health can be fun, too.

Expect encouragement, a challenge that’s right for you and a few laughs along the way.

Enjoying the process matters.
